Guidelines
Call for Abstracts
The
Iberoamerican-Swiss Centre for Development of Dosage Forms (CISDEM)
invites all participants to submit an abstract for poster presentation
in the areas of interest to the Pharmaceutical Profession and Related
to Health.

Instructions for preparations of Abstracts
1. Category: Please choose one of these categories for your presentation

The abstract should be submitted by e-mail as an attachment to
lmelgoza@correo.xoc.uam.mx or lux59@hotmail.com and indicate in the
subject heading "V CISDEM abstract and your name". Include in the
e-mail the following information: Name of sender of the abstract (first
author), e-mail and telephone (for use as a contact in relation to
their submission). Almost indicate the category which correspond your
abstract.
- Program: PDF.
- Font: Arial 12 point.
- Spacing and margins, single spaced, with margins of 2.0 cm on each side.
- The maximum length of the summary of the work will be one letter page, including images and graphics.
- Title and subtitle of the work: bold, uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Authors: last name and first name (s) full without abbreviations. The number of authors per abstract should not exceed six.
- Highlight in bold the name of the author who will present work (first author).
- Provides the full name of the faculty or department and the full name of the institution or company.
- Contents:
Introduction, objective, materials and methods, results and discussion
and conclusions, indicating each section in the document body.
- You must include references or notes.
- Use italics for latin or scientific names. Do not use capital letters or bold to highlight names.
- Errors in the content of the abstract are the responsibility of the authors
4. Presenting author should be inscribed in Congress.
5. As soon as the abstract received we will send an e-mail confirmation.
6. The deadline for submitted abstracts is August 31st, 2011.
7. Confirmation of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author before September 30th, 2011.
Instructions for preparations of Posters The
posters will be displayed during the whole meeting. Presenting authors
are required to stand next to their posters for informal discussion
during the dedicated poster session from 13:00-14:00. The following
guidelines have been adopted.
- Poster size should not exceed 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height (portrait style).
- Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
- The text, illustrations, etc. should be large enough to be read from a distance of two meters.
- Posters should be mounted on assigned boards only. Locate your poster number in the meeting program.
- Material (tape. pins etc.) for mounting the posters will be available at the registration desk.
- All posters should be removed at the end of the meeting.
